ROSALEE WELCH,
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

RosaLee was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Vernal, Utah. She attended Ricks College and University of Utah with a focus in Communication and photography. She has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys road cycling the local canyons and hiking the beautiful Wasatch mountains with her husband, friends and family. After 11 years working in Seminaries, she graduated to the UofU Institute and started working here in November 2022. She loves interacting with young adults at the Institute and helping them succeed. She also works with Innovate Institute and is excited to make UofU Institute the best place for young adults and help them feel the Savior’s love.
