DOUG CHRISTENSEN, INSTRUCTOR

My name is Doug Christensen. I have been teaching seminary and institute for 31 years. I have been married to Sara Brinton for 33 years. We have 4 grown children, one of whom lives with us in East Millcreek. I am a Utah man-sir with all 3 of my degrees from the U: B.A. in English Lit,  MFA in creative non-fiction, PhD in Rhetoric and Writing Studies. I also continue to teach in the department of Writing and Rhetoric Studies. My interests outside of work are running, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, and pickle ball. I also have a woodshop on my property where I make furniture. I especially enjoy exploring the meaning of life with my remarkable students.
